World Down Syndrome Day
On Friday, March 20, Ingunnarskóli will celebrate World Down Syndrome Day by wearing colorful, mismatched socks 🧦
We encourage all students and staff—and our entire community—to participate as a show of support and a celebration of diversity.
Students will also decorate and color socks, which will be displayed in a common area of the school.
We encourage parents to talk with their children about diversity and respect for people of all backgrounds.
That Friday is also the International Day of Happiness—a timely reminder to reflect on well-being, positive relationships, and what truly matters in our everyday lives.
