Outstanding results in mathematics competition
A Mathematics Competition for primary school students was recently held at Borgarholtsskóli. Students from grades 8-10 were eligible to register for the competition.
A large group of students from Ingunnarskóli participated and performed exceptionally well. Mathematics teachers Bjarni and Sigurlaug accompanied the group to the competition.
Three of our students placed in the top 10 in their respective grade levels.
Anna from 10th grade delivered an impressive performance and secured 3rd place among 10th graders.
Jóhannes Þór from 9th grade also performed remarkably well, achieving 5th place among 9th grade students. Sigþór Örn from 9th grade claimed the top position among 9th grade students, securing 1st place in that age group.
These are remarkable achievements by our students, and we extend our heartfelt congratulations to them.
