Annual general meeting of Ingunnarskóli Parent Association
The Ingunnarskóli Parent Association will hold its annual general meeting Tuesday, November 19 at 8pm at the school.
The agenda includes regular annual meeting items, including board elections.
School council representatives will also be elected. Candidates for the school council and all class officers are encouraged to attend.
After the meeting, school counselor Hildur Halldórsdóttir will give a presentation titled "Screen time is over - setting boundaries for children and adolescents' internet use." The talk covers children and adolescents' screen use, social media, and video games. It offers advice on managing technology in parenting.
All parents and guardians are encouraged to attend the meeting. Good cooperation between parents and school is vital for student welfare. Parent participation provides more opportunities to influence and understand school activities. School administrators will take part in discussions at the meeting.
