Popcorn festival
Today, the school held a celebration to mark the end of a successful student reading challenge.
The reading challenge ran from Jan. 13. Students aimed to read for about 15 minutes a day at school, earning a popcorn kernel for each minute. Guðmunda and Karen organized the popcorn festival, visiting all classrooms with a popcorn machine to pop corn for students. It was exciting to see how diligently students read. They were also very pleased with their achievements and the popcorn party.
